Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in the United States.
Order Processing
We aim to ship every order the same day it's placed. All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Orders placed outside of business hours or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update in the carrier's system.
Standard Shipping
Most orders ship via UPS Ground. Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination zip code. Estimated transit time is 1 to 7 business days. Orders qualifying for free shipping may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the time your order is placed. We'll always choose the best available option to get your order to you on time.
Expedited Shipping
FedEx Express options are available at checkout for time-sensitive orders. Estimated transit time is 1 to 3 business days.
Freight Shipping
Oversized or heavy items ship via LTL freight. If your order requires freight shipping, we will contact you directly with a rate estimate before processing. You won't be charged for freight at checkout — we'll work with you to confirm costs first.
Planning a large or bulk order? We recommend reaching out before placing your order. Consolidating shipments and coordinating in advance can significantly reduce your freight costs. Use our Contact Us form to get started.
If your freight shipment arrives damaged or with issues, contact us right away. We'll help you submit a claim with the carrier and work toward a replacement or refund based on proof of damage. Do not discard any packaging — it's required to support the claim.
Shipping Cost Discrepancies
In rare cases, actual shipping costs may differ from the estimate at checkout due to package dimensions, weight, or carrier rate changes. If a significant discrepancy occurs, we will contact you before processing your order.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. All return requests must be submitted through our Return and Refund Form (https://www.wenscoautomotive.com/pages/return-and-refund-form).
Eligible for return: full, unopened rolls of film; tools, accessories, and supplies in original unused condition.
Not eligible: cut-to-size or by-the-foot film; installed or used items; clearance or final sale items.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
